CRM Enhancement - Account & Stakeholder Management

Eliminated a performance bottleneck where loading the stakeholder activity count triggered a separate database query per account. Activity totals (including contacts linked to each company) are now fetched in a single query, reducing load times significantly on accounts with large contact hierarchies. Completed and archived activities are also correctly excluded from engagement metrics.
