This project covers the full design and implementation of an enhanced CRM structure to support relationship management across insurers, brokers, loss adjusters, government bodies, builders, and corporate clients.
The scope includes:
Account & Contact Hierarchy – Parent company accounts with linked individual contacts, full interaction history at both contact and company level.
Stakeholder Ownership – Defined ownership at contact, company, and opportunity level with roll-up reporting and per-owner dashboards. Management-set KPIs to enforce follow-up discipline (e.g. monthly check-ins with key stakeholders).
Filtering & Segmentation – Filter views by client, individual, and relationship type to surface the right data instantly.
Activity Roll-Up – All meetings, emails, and calls logged against a contact automatically appear on the parent company timeline.
Relationship Mapping – Link contacts to multiple opportunities and internal team members. Tag stakeholders by influence level (Decision Maker, Influencer, Gatekeeper, Operational).
Client Health Indicators – Custom fields tracking revenue band, active contracts, panel status, risk flags, and strategic tier (Tier 1 / 2 / 3).
Interaction Discipline Controls – Automated 30-day dormancy alerts for Tier 1 accounts, escalation workflows, and a Dormant Key Accounts dashboard.
Opportunity Management – Full association of deals to contacts, companies, and internal owners.
Reporting Suite – Revenue by owner, opportunities by stakeholder, meetings per insurer, contacts per insurer, and dormant account reports.
Personal Stakeholder Profiles – Fields for previous companies, roles, interests, hobbies, family, and sporting preferences to support relationship depth.
