Ensures that only genuine user interactions (calls, meetings, comments) reset an account's dormancy timer — system-generated chatter events such as stage changes and field updates are now correctly ignored. Parent and child contact records also receive consistent timestamps when an interaction is logged, and partial write failures are safely rolled back to prevent data inconsistencies.
